The Inclusion Team is an integral part of Polesworth and is there to ensure all students achieve to the best of their ability.   The specific and often highly sensitive nature of the concerns some students and parents have, make an open forum inappropriate. 

 

We would like to invite you, therefore, to ask any questions regarding your child's SEND or medical needs in the form opposite (only send a very brief message outlining your concerns, we will discuss them in greater length over the phone if necessary).
